One of the best ways to maximize the value of your Maryland notary commission is to also become a licensed Maryland title insurance producer, or "TIP".  The combination of a notary commission and a TIP license allows students to perform closings for Maryland title insurance companies as independent contractors ("TIPICs"), and to perform certain other functions as title company employees.

Join our discussion group to ask questions of attorney Ned Livornese, other students, and special guest attendees about whether becoming a TIPIC is something you might be interested in.  Add a new, potential stream of income to your existing Maryland notary commission!  And learn from the best instructor in the Maryland title insurance industry exactly what the opportunities are for you to get business as a new TIPIC.

Attorney Livornese has 25+ years of experience operating his own title insurance agencies and acting as underwriting counsel for several national title insurance underwriters.  During his "day job", he is the Maryland underwriter for a national title insurance company.
