After taking the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and will be prepared to take the Maryland notary public examination at your convenience. Your next step will be to take the state notary examination, which is included in the price of this course.

Upon passing the state exam with at least 24 out of 30 questions correct, you will receive a Certificate of Passing.  Both certificates must be submitted to the State of Maryland with your new notary application.

Why take this live class? Ask Mr. Livornese any questions you have about becoming a new notary public.  Learn how to avoid possible liability as a notary public from a licensed Maryland attorney.  Get basic information about becoming a "remote notary" (TIPIC) for title companies.  And enjoy a money-back guarantee if you do not pass the state exam!

The #1 way to monetize your Maryland notary commission is to become a "mobile notary" (more properly called a "TIPIC")** and perform real estate closings for title insurance companies.

**Only commissioned Maryland notaries who also obtain a Maryland

title insurance producer's license may become "Title Insurance

Producer Independent Contractors", or TIPICS, and perform

closings for Maryland title insurance agencies.

Instead of making a few dollars as a regular notary,

you can charge $75, $150, $200,

or even more for a single real estate closing***!

Your instructor, Ned Livornese, is a Maryland attorney and nationally-known title insurance underwriter.  He has taught a course for Maryland title insurance agents for the past 12+ years, with literally hundreds of satisfied students. This course will prepare you for a difficult 100-question Maryland state insurance exam.

NOTE:  The Maryland Insurance Administration doesn't test you on

how to perform real estate settlements.  The State of Maryland

tests you on how well you understand Maryland real

estate law and title insurance regulations! Whom should you TRUST more to teach you than a Maryland title insurance attorney

and underwriter?

Don't waste your time and money taking a title insurance class from just anyone, then expect to pass the Maryland title insurance producer's exam!  Learn from a licensed Maryland title insurance attorney who practices daily in this field, and is one of the premier title insurance educators in the nation! Mr. Livornese's students have a very high pass rate on the Maryland Title Insurance Producer's exam!
