INTEREST RATES ARE DROPPING -- BECOME A MARYLAND "TIPIC"! (MOBILE SIGNING AGENT)

16 HOURS OF LIVE EDUCATION, $399 (ALSO AVAILABLE IN SELF-STUDY, RECORDED FORMAT)
NEXT CLASSES: December 11, 12, 18 and 19, from 5:15 - 9:15 PM

Have you considered becoming a mobile signing agent for title insurance companies in Maryland? Commissioned Maryland notaries who also obtain a Maryland title insurance producer's license may act as "Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractors", or TIPICS, for Maryland title insurance agencies.  These double licenses permit you to perform closings for the purchase/sale of Maryland real estate, and for refinance loans. With interest dropping to 6% or lower, now is the time to jump on the bandwagon and get to work in the title insurance industry!

Your instructor, Ned Livornese, is a Maryland attorney and nationally-known title insurance underwriter.  He has taught a course for Maryland title insurance agents for the past 12+ years. This course will prepare you for a 100-question Maryland state insurance exam.  You will learn how to develop a potentially-lucrative career performing real estate closings and settlements for Maryland title insurance agencies.

Don't miss the refinance boom which has already started!
