FIRST, learn during a 3-1/2 hour Zoom.com presentation given on February 17, 2026 from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. about the paperwork involved with Maryland real estate settlements. AFTER CLASS IS OVER, schedule a 2-hour, live session with Mr. Livornese to present live settlements to him with closing packages he provides to you. Get immediate feedback from Mr. Livornese on exactly what to say in a settlement, things to avoid, and the finer tips of performing Maryland settlements for title insurance companies.
