Every two years, title insurance licensees in Maryland must take 16 hours of title insurance continuing education classes. Of these, 3 hours must cover title insurance ethics, and 13 hours must concern general title insurance topics.

As a practicing Maryland title insurance attorney and underwriter, Ned Livornese has written many hours of interesting, relevant, and easy-to-understand title insurance courses. This list is found below.

These courses are taken entirely online.  A course link will be emailed to you.  After watching the presentation, you must pass a quiz for each course (State of Maryland requirement).  We will then report your credits to the Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA).

The cost of each hour of CE Courses is $20.00.
