Ned Livornese, Maryland Attorney
Mr. Livornese, also known as “The Title Professor”, grew up in Maryland and graduated from the Denver University School of Law. He is a practicing attorney and full-time Maryland Underwriter for a national title insurance company. He answers difficult questions about title insurance and notarizations every day for his Maryland agents.​
Ned has taught Maryland Title Insurance Pre-Licensing classes for more than 10 years, and has one of the highest state exam pass rates of any instructor in Maryland. In 2024, he added Notary Public classes for new and renewing notary students. He has personally conducted or overseen thousands of title insurance closings in his 30+ year title insurance career.​
