This course prepares you for the Maryland title insurance examination, which is a difficult state examination that is required in order to obtain a Maryland title insurance producer's license. A title insurance producer's license and a Maryland notary commission are both required to perform settlements for Maryland title insurance agencies.
All four evening classes are taught live on Zoom.com by Ned Livornese, a Maryland title insurance attorney with 30+ years of title insurance experience! Mr. Livornese is a full-time Maryland underwriter for a national title insurance company, and is one of Maryland's most experienced title insurance attorneys. Get information from an industry "insider" on how to pass the state title insurance exam, how to find work as a TIPIC, and more!
This course includes a 165+ page instructional manual in .pdf format, written by attorney Ned Livornese. It is not available from any other source! The class includes 100 practice quiz questions, a 100-question practice final exam, and an additional 100 practice exam questions to prepare you for the Maryland Title Insurance Exam.
The state exam lasts for 2 hours and includes 110 exam questions. Don't waste your time and money on title insurance courses taught by non-attorneys who don't actively work in the Maryland title insurance industry!
IMPORTANT FACT TO KNOW!: the state title insurance exam is mostly about Maryland title insurance laws and regulations, and is not primarily an exam about how to perform real estate closings!
