FOR RENEWING MARYLAND NOTARY PUBLIC STUDENTS:

Maryland law requires existing notaries public to renew their commissions every 4 years. You can renew up to 60 days before your commission expires, or up to 30 days after it expires.

Our next class will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, between 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.

All classes are taught by Ned Livornese, Maryland attorney. During the live presentation, you will be able to ask Mr. Livornese any questions you may have about becoming a new notary. Following each class, you will be given an online state examination with 30 questions, and you must get 24 answers (80%) correct in order to pass the course. You will be given a Certificate of Passing and a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.
